The air space you've noticed isn't intentional shortchanging - it's actually a natural result of our product's unique formulation and filling process. The Supergel has a lightweight, gel-like consistency that can settle during shipping and handling, creating air pockets at the top of the jar. Rest assured, you're receiving the full 50ml of product as stated on the packaging. This settling is completely normal for gel-based moisturisers and doesn't affect the product's quality or efficacy. The actual product weight and volume remain exactly as advertised on the label. I appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as packaging perception is important to us. “The best moisturiser I've ever used! Amazing and so lightweight, plus I LOVE the packaging, makes it so cool and refreshing on the face, even when left in the heat. Is definitely lightweight so in the winter I will probably layer on squalene oil, but I'm just so happy to find a moisturiser that isn't full of rich but pore clogging oils- instead I have the freedom to layer on my own choice of oil if needed! Overall a 10\10, helped my acne loads and bonus points for the super clean ingredients list :)”
