“Moisturiser is good the packaging is terrible as it’s really difficult to put the lid back on leading to product wastage and it’s hard to control how much comes out.”

“My skin got even more oily with this moisturizer so i started using it at night only but in the morning my face was oily... it s so frustrating”

There are several reasons why your skin might appear oilier after using an oil-free moisturiser. Your skin may be overcompensating by producing more oil if it perceives a lack of moisture. Even with an oil-free moisturizer, this can occur if the product doesn't provide adequate hydration. Applying excessive amounts of moisturiser, even if it's oil-free, can lead to a greasy appearance. Your skin can only absorb a limited amount of product, and the excess will sit on the surface, creating a shiny look. Even humidity and temperature can affect how your skin reacts to moisturiser. In humid conditions, your skin may appear oilier after applying moisturiser. Apply only a small amount of product, typically a pea-sized portion for your entire face and maybe consider using a hydrating toner or essence before moisturizing to provide hydration without excess oiliness. “After years of uncontrollable breakouts, I’ve finally been able to pinpoint the cause and find the solution! Oil-based moisturisers were clogging my already oily skin, and Supergel Oil-Free Moisturiser is the first moisturiser I’ve tried that stopped that cycle!”

“Can’t fault the product itself, for someone with acne prone skin. However, recent rebranding of the product isn’t satisfactory. With that, there appears to be no easy way to actually open it.”
