“I tried facetheory for the first time because I wanted to use skincare that works and is made in the UK. Unfortunately the gel gave my skin a sticky feel, even after their own cleanser. I asked about the return policy and I got a refund instantly without the need to return the product. I work in customer service too and this service is beyond! I will def. try some more products even though the gel wasn't for me. Great packaging, almost no plastic - that's fantastic! (pun intended)”

“Been using this moisturizer for about 8 months now, first moisturizer I've settled on! I do find I need something heavier in winter in the evenings , but for day time & summer this has been the only moisturizer that doesn't make me feel like an oily mess. My partner has also started buying this product since trying mine!”
