“I’m more or less a fan of this product but here’s the issue,the new packaging isn’t the best and every time I put some into my hands from the bottle there was a black residue ‍♂️”

The grey residue is a reaction of the cap with the product over time. It's only affecting a small number of tubes, and we are also investigating this issue to prevent it from happening in the future.
