“I’m more or less a fan of this product but here’s the issue,the new packaging isn’t the best and every time I put some into my hands from the bottle there was a black residue ‍♂️”

The grey residue is a reaction of the cap with the product over time. It's only affecting a small number of tubes, and we are also investigating this issue to prevent it from happening in the future. “The moisturiser feels really good on my sensitive skin. There is just one small problem: the new cap which is made of aluminium has to be cleaned on a regular basis because else it turns black and discolours the moisturiser grey if you want to use it.”

“Great great great product that has really changed my oil T zone. The new packaging lets it down. Please look into it as I’m constantly having to clean the lid as the product goes black in the lid. Lid also not designed to pierce product, had to use a different lid.”
