“I have been using this moisturiser for many years now! like others have said the nee glass bottles with pump is utterly useless and makes the product feel cheap and nasty! The tubes were the best because you could get pretty much get all of the product out! im thinking of changing now to a different brand! Please change it back or i feel you will start losing a lot of your customers!”

“I LOVE LOVE LOVE the product! Been my holy grail for years. I didn’t love the old packaging so I was excited to see we got a bottle. I bought three and the pump has stopped working about 2/3 of the way in every single one of them. I’m wasting time and money trying to get the rest of the moisturizer out. Please change the packaging or else I will have to go find a different product because it is now such a hassle.”

“I have been using this moisturiser for years with no issues, however, since the packaging has changed you can only get half of the product out and the overall price of the product has increased. Something had definitely changed with the formula because I never suffered with breakouts for years, but since using the new packaging I have suffered with spots daily. This is such a shame but I am now going to have to look for a new moisturiser.”

“Product is elite. My favourite moisturiser but as per the other reviews, it’s SO difficult to get the product out of the new packaging. Seems like I’ve wasted my money”

“Been using face theory for years was great when I originally bought when you get the face wash in a jar and the moisturiser in the white and purple tube Then they got big signed up with amazon started messing about with packaging and putting prices up, and again the packaging has changed price has gone up, quality has gone down also new glass jar with squirt tube is crap I don't like at all £17 for half the amount as normal”

“How do I claim money back from my last two purchases of this moisturiser as I can get half of the product out from this new packaging it’s absolutely awful and your gonna lose a lot of sales as a result as it’s now a ripoff!”

“I agree with the recent reviews. I’ve always loved this product, but while the new packaging may look more premium, it’s a huge letdown in practice. I’m not even halfway through the bottle and already having to scrape out the remaining product, which is really frustrating. It’s especially disappointing considering how often I used to repurchase this. Like many others, I’m now looking for a new moisturiser.”
