“Product is elite. My favourite moisturiser but as per the other reviews, it’s SO difficult to get the product out of the new packaging. Seems like I’ve wasted my money”

“How do I claim money back from my last two purchases of this moisturiser as I can get half of the product out from this new packaging it’s absolutely awful and your gonna lose a lot of sales as a result as it’s now a ripoff!”

“I agree with the recent reviews. I’ve always loved this product, but while the new packaging may look more premium, it’s a huge letdown in practice. I’m not even halfway through the bottle and already having to scrape out the remaining product, which is really frustrating. It’s especially disappointing considering how often I used to repurchase this. Like many others, I’m now looking for a new moisturiser.”

“Great product and I’ve been using for years but I’m sorry this new bottle is horrendous. I can’t pump anything out. I’m going to have to find a new moisturiser as I can no longer use this. Such a shame”

“I am writing to share my significant disappointment regarding the recent change in packaging for your moisturizing gel. As a regular user of this product, I have always appreciated its quality, but the new pump dispenser has introduced considerable usability issues that detract from the overall experience. Specifically, I've found that the pump mechanism becomes ineffective long before the product is fully consumed. I currently have approximately half a bottle of gel remaining, yet the pump is no longer able to dispense any product. This design flaw means a substantial amount of the moisturizing gel is inaccessible and effectively wasted, which is incredibly frustrating and feels like poor value for money. I am left struggling to extract the remaining product, which is both inconvenient and messy. The previous tube packaging was, in my opinion, far superior in terms of functionality and consumer satisfaction. It allowed for complete and easy utilization of the product, ensuring that every last drop could be dispensed without issue. The transition to this new pump design feels like a significant downgrade in terms of practicality and user-friendliness. I strongly urge you to reconsider this packaging change and revert to the original tube format. It provided a much more efficient and user-friendly experience, aligning better with the quality of the product itself. Your attention to this critical feedback would be greatly appreciated.”

“The change to pump bottles has been catastrophic. Even full the pumps barely work, and as soon as I get to a third of the bottle left, the pump stops working. I have tried all the tricks, including storing upside down. It's such a shame because the actual product is wonderful. Long and short of it is the glass pump bottles are no longer fit for purpose. I will be looking for an alternative product as soon as I have finished with this one.”

A few steps you can try: - Remove the pump, clean the nozzle, and reattach firmly. - Turn the bottle upside down and gently tap the base to help the product settle. - Prime the pump by pressing it several times in quick succession. - Check for any blockage and wipe the nozzle clean. “Same concerns as a lot of the reviews have mentioned - love the moisturiser but hate the new packaging! It gets all clogged in the bottle and you end up having to try and scoop product out as it refuses to come out of the pump! Willing to give it another try but doubtful after seeing the same concerns. May have to find a new moisturiser as a sizeable amount of product is getting wasted.”

Hi Isobel, ''Thank you for getting in touch, and I’m sorry to hear the product isn’t dispensing properly. Based on what you’ve described, it sounds like the pump may have lost its prime or there may be a small blockage in the dispenser. There are a few things you can try that often resolve this: Remove the pump and reattach it firmly to make sure it’s properly sealed. Turn the bottle upside down and gently tap the base a few times to help the product settle. Give it a short, sharp shake, then pump it a few times this can often help the bulk start to flow out again. Prime the pump by pressing it several times in quick succession. Then place the bottle upright again and try dispensing after a few minutes. It’s also worth checking if the nozzle is blocked by any dried product if so, simply wipe it clean. Store the bottle upright, as the bottle is not airless. If it was laying on the side, please give it a shake before using. We really appreciate you taking the time to share this feedback, and I’ve passed your comments on to our product team to review.'' Thanks Facetheory Team
