“Das Gel selbst ist der Hammer. Die Verpackung leider fürchterlich seit dem Re-Design. Es entsteht ein grauschwarzer Schleimfilm im Schraubverschluss. Das kann nicht gut sein. Bitte eine andere Verpackungslösung finden.”

Es freut uns sehr zu hören, dass Ihnen unser Supergel Oil-Free Moisturiser so gut gefällt. Wir möchten Ihnen mitteilen, dass wir die Verpackung inzwischen überarbeitet haben: Statt der vorherigen Metallverschlüsse verwenden wir nun vollständig recycelbare Kunststoffkappen. Diese Änderung sollte das von Ihnen beschriebene Problem mit dem Film im Schraubverschluss lösen. The air space you've noticed isn't intentional shortchanging - it's actually a natural result of our product's unique formulation and filling process. The Supergel has a lightweight, gel-like consistency that can settle during shipping and handling, creating air pockets at the top of the jar. Rest assured, you're receiving the full 50ml of product as stated on the packaging. This settling is completely normal for gel-based moisturisers and doesn't affect the product's quality or efficacy. The actual product weight and volume remain exactly as advertised on the label. I appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as packaging perception is important to us. “I have acne-prone oily skin and I find this works really well to stop too much oil production during the day but still keeps my skin feeling moisturised. Helps with break outs, and it’s one of my only go to ‘safe’ products for my face (one that won’t cause any more problems!)”

“The best moisturiser I've ever used! Amazing and so lightweight, plus I LOVE the packaging, makes it so cool and refreshing on the face, even when left in the heat. Is definitely lightweight so in the winter I will probably layer on squalene oil, but I'm just so happy to find a moisturiser that isn't full of rich but pore clogging oils- instead I have the freedom to layer on my own choice of oil if needed! Overall a 10\10, helped my acne loads and bonus points for the super clean ingredients list :)”
