“I have been using this for around 2 weeks now, once a day! It’s cleared my skin up amazing, and makes it feel very fresh! Customer service was also amazing from This company so would definitely recommend! Have past it on to friends already!!”

“The cleansing element of this product was non existence. I am of an oily skin type and in the past I have dabble with the likes a salicylic acid which have worked brilliantly for me , however I feel this combination spells disaster for anyone looking to experience that clean after feeling .”

Hi Sorry to you didn't get the results you wanted from this product. Please contact us at help@facetheory.com for an exchange or refund. One tip if you haven't tried this already is to make sure you rinse with warm water - it will melt one of the emulsifiers in the product and should then rinse easily. Jamie

“This product didn’t help keep my blackheads at bay like the “GLYCOLIC EXFOLIATING CLEANSER/FACE SCRUB” which was fab. So I’m a bit disappointed that I got this instead.”
