Hi Sorry to hear this. A rinse-off product generally won't make acne worse as there should be no cleanser left on your face to block follicles - however you may have had a reaction to this product or you may need to rinse further. Please contact us for a refund or replacement. Jamie

“Highly recommend. Cleanser seems weird in the beginning - it does not foam and you have to wait a bit - but it works. And it's very gentle.”
