“I bought this and it arrived in good time, unfortunately it had a terrible smell not like the one I bought previously which had the lovely mandarin scent. I emailed Face Theory and corresponded with Kate, who very promptly organised a replacement to be sent out, which also arrived in good time. I was pleased to find this one had the lovely scent of mandarin. My face feels really clean and fresh after using this product and any blemishes I do tend to get doesn’t last long. Would definitely recommend and a big thumbs up to the customer service!”

“This cleanser doesn’t really clean my face properly. I wear makeup during the day and I would uses some face wipes then wash my face in the evening. My previous face wash would remove it all, I know because I use a toner with a cotton pad, and it’s still white after toning. With this cleanser, my cotton pad is still full of makeup even after washing twice? My routine hasn’t changed except for my cleansers. It also gave me tiny bumps on my forehead. Not happy at all :(”
