“This product is going to be a staple for me in my cleansing routine from now on. I have purchased three pots so far. Finished one and bought two more so that I could keep one in the shower. I use it at night either as a second cleanse after removing my makeup or on its own if I've not worn makeup. I like the scent in this as it is a wash-off product but I appreciate that it comes in an unscented version for those who are extra sensitive. It's honestly just a great cleanser and has improved my textured skin. I work in a DIY store where the air quality is bad, full of dust and other nasties, I can feel it on my skin by the end of the day but this is a perfect refresh.”

“I love this cleanser. I have been using it for years now and use it daily. It has really helped clear my skin - I am prone to hormonal breakouts and this really limits the damage. A pot lasts about 6 months, as a little goes a long way! The heavy glass jar has never broken and survives my clumsy hands under the shower, a real plus for me!”

“Best and fastest working product I have used. The results are visible overnight!! I don't exaggerate- all the nasty pimples calmed down and cleared up by next morning. Finally I found skincare products that I can stick to. And packaging is environmentally friendly. Smells nice too. Lasts long time. I use twice a day and 180ml jar has less than half left - I ordered it in mid December.”

“This was the first cleanser I've used with such a cream-like texture, it surprised me but in a good way. I like using it, my skin feels well cleansed afterwards but not tight or dried out. It will sting on wounds or spots where I picked (a good reminder not to pick my face). However, I’m not a fan of the packaging (jar): so much oxygen/water/bacteria will enter every time I use it, even when using a spoon (which isn't practical either). Also, I've had problems with the texture of the cleanser itself multiple times: the first jar I got had these sharp unpleasant shards in it. The customer service was very nice, offering a refund and a replacing cleanser, explaining that these are salicylic acid crystals that occasionally occur when it gets cold during transit. The new one I received didn't seem to have the shards at first, but was very runny, which made it hard to use. I did use it though, but after some time I also found shards in this one, even though I don’t store it in a particularly cold place. Hope this problem can be helped somehow because I do really like the product otherwise!”
