“I love the products but HATE the new bottling. The metal is hard to get all product out when low, gets weird when excess gets on outside of opening, frustration with screw closure and it does take away from some of the scents.”

“Facetheory your new packaging are really great! You take care of our skin and our planet. I have read reviews saying the opposite but please do not go back to plastic packaging ! Keep going ! and really thanks a lot !!! Facetheory vos nouveaux packagings sont vraiment top ! Vous prenez soin de notre peau et de la planète. “Love this cleanser a couple of times per week, it helps to keep my skin bright and unclogged from all the heavy moisturizer I use. I have sensitive redness prone skin and this doesn’t not hurt, sting, dry out or make my mature skin reactive. I like the packaging too. Will purchase again.”

“J'adore ce nettoyant,j'ai une peau très grasse ,et plus globalement il n'y a que cette marque qui soit réellement efficace pour ma peau difficile ...il me semble que la formule en pot était plus active...a voir avec le temps !”

“The old packaging was better. The lids don’t close easily and a lot of product gets left inside when it’s about to finish and it’s hard to get it out. The old packaging was more convenient and had more value”
