“Was sceptical but after reading all the amazing reviews I thought I would give it a go, and I am SOOOO glad I did, it’s already made a visible improvement to dark circles and my eye area feels firmer. This will now be a staple in my routine! Thank you!!”

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. We recommend using the product for at least 4 weeks continuously to see any first changes. Depending on your age, the skin cell renewal can take between 28-42 if middle aged and up to 84 days for people over 50. If for some reason you're not completely happy with a facetheory purchase and don't notice any visible improvement in your skin within 365 days - just email us at help@facetheory.com for a free exchange or refund. “This is my second tube of this product and I love it. I have super sensitive skin and find some other products too harsh but then ones that are sensitive enough don’t provide the results. This product does exactly what it says. I looked elsewhere for something better but was disappointed and so I am back with this and will be staying. After one week of back to using this and already my eye bags have pretty much gone, my eyes are brighter and they just look so much better. Thanks Facetheory for this wonderful eye cream! Also just a note to say that customer services are brilliant! I needed to swap a different product and they were so quick at helping me to exchange and got my new product out next day. Really highly recommend this company and it’s products!”
