“I like the product, but the packaging is poor. The first time I opened the eye cream a large amount gushed out -- wasted. The next few times I used the product, the same thing happened.”

Hi Ardis, Thank you for your feedback on our Glow-C Eye Cream. We’re glad to hear you like the product itself, though we’re sorry about your experience with the tube. As the eye cream is filled into an aluminium tube to protect the stability of the vitamin C, it can sometimes release more product than intended when first opened or if squeezed firmly. We understand how disappointing it is to feel product goes to waste, and we’ll share your comments with our team so we can review the packaging further. A helpful tip is to press the tube very lightly and roll it upwards gradually, which should give you more control.
