“I love this eye cream. I have incredibly sensitive eyes and none of the ingredients in this are in any way irritating. I haven’t noticed any improvement in terms of my under eye darkness but it’s moisturising so I would 100% recommend, I’ve only been using it for a couple months regularly so maybe I’ve not given it enough time to see visible results.”

“I am an avid fan of Facetheory and have used, and still use, a massive amount of their products. Unfortunately, this product has cause burning, extremely dry flakey and cracking skin, wrinkles to appear, swelling and redness. Prior to using this product my eyes weren't bad, I'd just noticed a couple of wrinkles so thought I'd try this. I'm so upset at how it has made me look. I've aged 40 years around my eyes (no exaggeration) and my eyes now look worse than ever. I dont have sensitive skin at all, so I'm unsure why only this product has done this. I've gone through the ingredients and can't see anything I'm sensitive to. The swelling and flakey skin is even on my eyelid! I don't want to discourage anyone from purchasing this cream, but please do a tiny patch test for a few days to see if it has the same reaction.”

Hi Paula, We are so sorry to hear that you had a reaction. Many elements can increase sensitivity or cause irritation. For example, it may be a specific ingredient in the formula to which you are allergic or an active ingredient that is simply too potent for your skin. Sometimes, it's other products used at the same time or even external/environmental factors. Although you may not have sensitive skin, the skin underneath your eyes is particularly delicate due to its unique characteristics. We advise against applying any other skincare actives in that area, and suggest using an unscented moisturizer under your eyes until it has fully recovered. “This eye cream is definitely on the expensive side BUT it is totally worth it. While using this my dark circles for the first time started to fade, it’s hydrating and definitely delivers results.”

“Crème qui réduit un peu les ridules mais n’a pas atténué mes cernes. De plus j’ai la peau sensible, elle me picote un peu quand je la mets. A voir dans le temps. J’apprécie que ce produit est de consistance naturel”
