“This is the first time I have purchased facetheory, and I wasn’t disappointed! The first tube of eye cream came and the product just seemed to pour out without even squeezing the tube and it got everywhere, the lid also snapped in half. But the customer service was fantastic and I had a new tube within a couple of days. It’s a great eye cream, eye creams are so often disappointing, but it really smooths and brightens the under eye area, would definitely recommend”
