“I have been using facetheory oils for a while now and love them. Was excited to try the eye cream but within few days of use gave me an allergic reaction, more than a week on my under eye area has peeled, it’s still swollen and pink. When I applied the cream it was slightly stinging, I have never had any reaction from any products before so didn’t think anything of it at the time. I have approached customer service only to be offered a refund. My concern about the product causing such a reaction wasn’t acknowledged which worries me. I am afraid it looks like it’s going to be a while before my under eye heals”

Hi, We are so sorry to hear that you had a reaction. There are many elements that can increase sensitivity or cause irritation. For example, it may be a specific ingredient in the formula to which you are allergic, or an active ingredient that is simply too potent for your skin. Sometimes it's other products used at the same time or even external/environmental factors. Each formulation we create is assessed by an external safety assessor who is a pharmacologist and considers all safety criteria and declares if it is a safe formula or not and each ingredient we use in our products is recognised as safe and is licensed as cosmetics within the EU. “So far so good. On first application my make up and Amil C Whip applied over the top perfectly. Feels really refreshing. Will keep an eye on progress of my dark circles over the next couple of months and leave an update.”

“hammer augencreme habe sehr viel probiert ehr teuere für 56 euro nur mull diese hier so super zieht so gut ein usw bleibe jetzt bei diese einfach super die produkte werde nur noch da bestellen bin froh diesen schop gefunden zu haben danke”

“I've noticed less darkness under my eyes and the fine lines in the corners of my eyes have slightly reduced. You don't need to use a lot so it's good value for money too.”

“This works really well. Now, I’m 50 years old, a mother and have a stressful job so I don’t expect miracles. However, this significantly makes a difference to my eyes in the morning and a smooth base for my make up. Works better than creams I’ve spent x 4 as much on. I bought two as such a good price. I’m glad I did!”

“Great value considering the volume of product. Many companies jump on the bang wagon and overcharge for eye products and I can’t see why a 15ml eye cream should cost the same as a 30ml face cream.. But FT are the exception here! AGAIN I have converted from a high end brand to FT for another product that I honestly can’t tell the difference. More product, half the price, just as effective. I mean it’s a no brainier”
