“I’m reluctant to keep ordering. I really don’t like the metal tubes. I find them hard to use as I have a touch of arthritis in my hands. Also a black residue builds up around the lid. I really hope you can change the tubes at some point in the future.”

“I've been using this eye cream daily for about 2 months. The area around my eyes has definitely improved, it feels more hydrated and smooth, while it used to be very dry and wrinkly. I haven't seen seeing an impressive improvement in brightness, to be honest: my dark circles are still there, but since my skin feels more nourished, it's easier to cover them with makeup without getting creases. I love the creamy, lightweight texture; it absorbs easily and the formula is perfect for my sensitive combination skin, soothing, non-occlusive and non-comedogenic. I would buy it again.”

“Although it is a nice nourishing cream I had to discontinue use as it was irritating my eyes in a hayfever kind of way, even when used way below the eye.”

“I have been using FT products since 2019 without any problems, in fact, the products I have used repeatedly have changed my skin for the better. Sadly, the glow-c eye cream caused the skin around my eyes to swell and become sore, leading to dry, cracked open skin, after very first use. It took a good 2 weeks to get back to normal and I haven’t dare try it again. It may have been an allergic reaction but I am usually very tolerant to most products.”

“I like the product, but the packaging is poor. The first time I opened the eye cream a large amount gushed out -- wasted. The next few times I used the product, the same thing happened.”

As the eye cream is filled into an aluminium tube to protect the stability of the vitamin C, it can sometimes release more product than intended when first opened or if squeezed firmly. We understand how disappointing it is to feel product goes to waste, and we’ll share your comments with our team so we can review the packaging further. A helpful tip is to press the tube very lightly and roll it upwards gradually, which should give you more control.
