“I like the cream but I’ve noticed that my lashes have started falling after using it and the packaging is so bad. Every time I open it the product just comes out on its own with big quantities. So much of it has gone to waste! I’ll stop using this product.”

“I definitely notice when I run out of this and use a different eye cream. Nothing comes close to reducing puffiness and fine lines. I just feel that I look more awake when I use it. I also use the retinal eye cream from Face theory too but only every 3 days or so at night otherwise I fine it can dry my skin out too much.”

“The product is good, great texture. However, this packaging is just impractical, that’s why I wouldn’t recommend it. The pressure inside the tube is too high and when you use the product for the first times you’ll get a lot of waste.”

“El producto me encanta, pero el tubo no es apropiado. Lamentablemente, se desperdicia mucho producto al abrirlo las 2 o 3 primeras veces, es como si explotase y sale muchísima crema sola, mucho más de la que necesitas para el contorno de ojos. Perfectamente se puede desperdiciar un 20% del producto. Una pena.”

“It gave me contact dermatitis. I guess I just had the bad luck to be allergic to something in there. I didn't notice any difference in firmness, but maybe I underestimated my own skin firmness as I'm still in my 20s.”
