I like the product. Not so keen on the packaging now it's all in metal tubes. Half of this tube was air so only just found the actual eye cream. I preferred the glass jars as there was no waste but understand the bulk and weight for shipping. I like the products but think there's less value for money than there was previously

Thank you for your feedback regarding the Peptide Firming Eye Cream (SKU: EF-EY2U-15). We are very sorry to hear about your experience with the product, especially the issue with the packaging causing it to release too much, as well as your sensitivity resulting in sore and dry eyes. This eye cream is formulated to be rich yet quickly absorbed, hydrating the delicate eye area with peptides, omega-rich oils, and vitamin C derivatives that typically help with firming and brightening without harsh irritation for most users. However, some ingredients such as Bakuchiol (a plant-based alternative to retinol) may cause discomfort for those with very sensitive skin or eyes, as retinol-like compounds can sometimes cause dryness or irritation near the eyes if the product migrates too close or if sensitivity exists. We recommend: Applying a very small amount gently to the orbital bone area, avoiding direct contact with the eyes. Warming the cream between your fingertips before applying helps ease spreading and reduces tugging. Conduct a patch test before full application to confirm tolerance, especially if you have sensitive skin. We appreciate your honest review as it helps improve product and packaging quality. If you would like, we can assist with further tips or address concerns with the batch you received. Please don't hesitate to contact customer service for support. Thank you again for sharing your experience. Facetheory Team
