“Ordered a personalised phone case before Christmas for a present for someone, the case come on the 23rd of December, I opened it to find that it WASNT MINE! the picture on the back of the phone case was of someone else, meaning the picture that I had sent in has been sent to someone else, I AM NOT HAPPY! as, as soon as this had happened, i emailed wrappz to see what they could do, and also been calling them over and over, however there has been no reply to my email and no answer to my calls and was not able to give a friend, the present for christmas that i had planned!!REALLY NOT HAPPY!”

“I was very disappointed as when I ordered the product I spend £2.50 on delivery and was told it would arrive in 2-3 days, it was 6 days later and it still hasn't arrived so I emailed the company and was told it would be with me in 2 days, it still didn't arrive and arrived 4 days later. I have emailed asking for my delivery money back and haven't heard a reply.”

“The phone case supplied was the wrong size despite ordering the correct model. The iPad skin looks great but the order menu is confusing. I wanted one for an Air2 but there's no obvious choice for this model. Air 1, iPad 2, 3 and 4.”
