“The sticker doesn't even fit the sky box properly. I've had to chuck both that and the sky remote sticker in the bin. Wasted my money.”

Hi THOMAS, our skins do fit precisely so it is possible that you have ordered the wrong skin as there are different types of sky box - if you think there is an issue then by all means return it to us so we can investigate further

“It would be nice to review the product but sadly it has yet to arrive but what I can do is review the service you provide when there is an issue it's non existent. You have not had the courtesy of replying to my issue at all. Will not recommend to anyone and would advise to go elsewhere!!!”

“The quality of the printing of the letters, images and colour is great. However, they do not fit the xbox one controller and therefore unusable and useless, which is a shame.”

Hi Jonathan, our skins do fit precisely so it is possible that you have ordered skins for the wrong type of controller as there are different kinds - if you feel there is an issue then please return them to us so that we can investigate and resolve

“Awful service. Ordered in plenty of time before Christmas, got told my items had been dispatched but didn't receive a dispatch email until 2 days later. 1!!!! Of my items arrived the day before Christmas Eve and my other hasn't even arrived yet and it was a chrtistmas present, I won't be using Wrappz again.”

“I have been trying to contact the helpline number for days with only a constant engaged tone. I have emailed twice and no reply. I did not receive all my order which was a Christmas present. The product I did receive was good but not happy that not all my order was in the package and no reply from my queries!”

“Good morning,I was very disappointed, as when my son opened it xmas morning to find it did not fit. When I originally emailed I put down Samsung galaxy s7, not knowing assumed this is what was sent, but instead Samsung galaxy s7 edge was sent. Hopefully you can remedy this as I don't think you'd like bad publicity, as I think your products and quality are tops. D West”
