“I ordered a suede cushion and was sent a normal cushion. The cushion I was sent wasn't very good quality. It was a Christmas present and I wasn't sent the correct pillow. I was advised they couldn't get another one out in time for Christmas- it was still over a week away. I am throughly disappointed in this product.”

“Order 2 items , just one turned up. I contacted customer support via email , they hardly replied! Still didn't received my other item ... still waiting for it , as they advised! Very disappointed!”

“Appalling quality of photo cushions. I am still waiting to return the cushions I received - Wrappz insists I send photos of their products for them to judge?! Do they not check products before sending them out or keep a record of what they have made, clearly not. Two of the cushions are identical and were from an image I have used before for a photo cushion that is perfect in colour and creation. Unfortunately I couldn't recall where I ordered this one and made the mistake of using Wrappz thinking at their prices the quality would be good. All 3 cushions I ordered are poorly printed and the colours dull, dark and dreadful. I will not upload a picture of these cushions as for personal reasons I cannot bear to look at them again and just want them returned and my money refunded which Wrappz is dragging out causing more upset .”

Hi Martin, sorry to hear that but it is a personalisation service so as the instructions show once you have uploaded your image you do need to adjust as required to fit the template accordingly - it seems you have just uploaded the image and not moved or scaled it
