“I placed an order during the last week of May 2026. At the time of placing the order, the delivery information stated that the item would be delivered within 48 hours. I also paid an additional charge for delivery. However, as of 25 August 2026, I still have not received the item. This is an unacceptable delay, particularly given the delivery timeframe that was advertised when I placed the order. I have contacted the seller few times regarding the delayed delivery, but unfortunately I have not received a satisfactory response or a clear resolution. I have also requested a refund, but no refund has been issued.”

“Very disapppintjng air cooler. Very flimsy and light. The cable is too short and is like a lamp cable. I dont like the way you have to empty the water out of tank while water dfawer is still attached to air cooler. Not a happy bunny. Customer service is zero. I have tried to contact supplier twice no answer”
