“Did not receive the parcel, emailed the customer and they advised i could cancel my order through wowcher, which i wasn’t able to do as wowcher tell you to contact the customer directly. Absolutely poor.”

“I haven’t received my order, I paid for fast delivery it didn’t arrive, I contacted them they said the stock wasn’t in so I’d get refunded my delivery fee by Wowcher and get my hair mask in 2-3 days. I didn’t receive anything so I contacted them again. No response, I have sent 3 emails asking for a status update but now I’m convinced I’ve been scammed. They haven’t responded and I cannot find where to contact wowcher to get my money back. Now I’ll have to contact my bank. So disappointed. DO NOT BUY”
