“Absolute rubbish. The key didnt work and wouldn't be accepted. I was told to contact the company who, although having a .co.uk site were actually in the Netherlands. They gave me two other ways to download and install but both required disabling anti virus first. I was sceptical to say the least, but since neither option worked with antivirus enabled, I tried it without. Still no success. Lost 30 quid. Don't buy it.”

“It was easy to obtain the voucher and that gave me a serial number and license key to input into the software. The download was satrighforward but activation was a complete nigthmare and the support provided by "Licenseplace" non-existent. The product licensing persistant failed to vailidate. The installation guide is poorly written and only partially explained. The help facility and offer to remotely install the product came to nothing despite repeated emails of complaint. I was on the verge of demanding a full refund when I called a friend who is IT savy who helped and eventually the product validation process was completed. I can understand that there are problems in activation but the help that should have been provided was useless and wholly absent. I am hugely disappointed that Wowcher should sell licenses for software in this manner. Depolrable service and I am dissatisfied haveing wasted several hours sitting in front of a screen. Hence only one star.”
