“After I downloaded the application and launched it on my laptop, it required me to authenticate it by entering my license number or username which wasn’t provided with the purchase order. I have tried to contact Wowcher Customer Service but without success and all I got was a directive to email info@webmedia-nijmegen.nl and I haven’t heard back since 7th April 2026.”
