“The Sunday lunch was really nice. Tha captains table was ok but it used to be a lot bigger & more selection like seafood & cheese etc. The lady that looked after us was amazing”

“I was looking forward to celebrating my 75th birthday with friends and family who had travelled from all regions of England and abroad. Malmaison emailed the day before with the wrong date. I booked the venue 6 weeks prior. They told me they could not fit in my 18 guests for the pre booked lunch as they were too busy but could find a space at 17.30 however I would not be able to use my vouchers and would have to request a refund myself and then pay for the prix fixe meal. This was 5 days ago and I have still not received a refund or confirmation of when I shall. This cancellation really upset my birthday arrangements and Malmaison were certainly not very understanding. I would NEVER recommend them.”

“I would like to say that I bought this for my cousin and her husband to celebrate their diamond wedding, and she rang me that evening afterwards to tell me how wonderful they had been looked after and were even given a complmentary glass of fizz. So a huge thank you to the Malmaison Staff in Cheltenham for looking after them, and would certainly recommend this deal. Kindest regards Gerald Sansom”
