“Delicious food and a nice change from the traditional sandwiches and cakes. Favourites for me were the slider and the crème brûlée. Staff were attentive and the Liverpool venue is really good too. This is my third visit and would definitely recommend.”

“Manchester Piccadilly. Waited an hour for food, no apologies! Chased with waiter twice and all he said was he would be with us shortly.. we were the only people in for a while and people after us were served ahead of us!! 1 person gluten free, disappointing alternative, rock hard scones, sloppy curdled cream. boiling hot day outside, air con not working so boiling inside too.. fire alarm went off twice, no one advised us it was a drill or a problem, we were left wondering what to do.. again no updated us.. Explained it was an 80th birthday celebration, no effort or mention of this, totally ignored!! Would I recommend.. NO”
