“The staff were excellent, great customer service and nothing was too much trouble. Substituted items that members of our party couldnt eat because of allergies. Very helpful, fresh tea and coffee were brought when needed. Food was delicious the savoury food choices were tasty especially the mini burger sliders and chicken choice.”

“Food was beautifully presented and the staff were very attentive. Unlimited hot drinks throughout our stay. All of the food looked great and tasted great. The only negative was, that the photograph of the afternoon tea was not the menu that we were presented with, and there were fewer items. But, it was still a very special treat in an amazing venue overlooking the Gateshead Millennium Bridge.”
