“I ordered a 3 pack of Calvin Klein boxers, back with a white band. What arrived was a 3 pack of mixed colours - white, grey and black. I have tried to contact about getting the correct order and after 3 days not had a response! Poor service. Also when I purchased the wowcher voucher I wasn't aware that I would have to then pay a high cost postage meaning I could of got the product cheaper elsewhere without issues!”

“They haven’t arrived and have contacted the merchant 3 times and had no response at all. Also tried to contact wowcher for help but au assistant said they couldn’t help. Currently left out of pocket with no goods and no one getting back to me.”
