“Calvin Klein Boxers - Firstly after buying from wowcher I then found out I had to pay £7.99 postage and as I bought two packs this was charged twice meaning I paid £15.98 postage Received them and it was wrong colour, ordered Black got Blue therefore, returning them and again have to pay postage to return. Unfortunately won’t be buying from here again.”

“Dont order from these guys; after the courier delivered my order to someone else's address -who deny it, of course- their bot literally replied 'we're so sorry, we'll investigate" only to send a snide "your order was delivered" and an attached photo of NOT MY DOOR, NOT A DOOR ANY SANE PERSON WOULD HAVE THOUGHT IS A REASONABLE PLACE TO LEAVE A PACKAGE. And thats it. So me being home doesnt matter, my neighbour having a ring doorbell doesnt matter; if their courier decides to drop it on the doorstep of what is presumably a drug-den, they will consider that "they did their part" and there's nothing you can do about it- its just bots that will reply to you. My Mum bought me this item the week that she passed away, and literally they just tossed it away with as much care as someone would discard a cigarette butt. Truly shocking service for such a huge company- I'd save yourself the bother if I was you, they do not care one bit if you get your item or not.”

“Disappointed that they were advertised for £20, and when you come to redeem the Wowcher, there is an additional £8 postage. £28 is not such a good deal in my opinion. Misleading to say the least. And the refunds procedure is deliberately long winded and stressful. So it’s easier to keep the purchase.”
