“I bought these to put buy for Xmas came in a plastic bag with a card facing stuck bag not a good look at all no box like I've had before boxers not even folded properly contacted twice for the remaining boxes I haven't redeemed for my cash back”

“I have been sent the wrong colour way. Ordered black but sent white, grey & black. The retailer is not very responsive to messages. They requested pictures (which I sent), then ignored me for 3 days. They have now requested I return them by tracked delivery (at my cost!!) and then when they get them back Wowcher will issue a refund. No idea if this refund includes the cost of the postage. I have now sent a complaint to Wowcher.”
