“I have been sent the wrong colour way. Ordered black but sent white, grey & black. The retailer is not very responsive to messages. They requested pictures (which I sent), then ignored me for 3 days. They have now requested I return them by tracked delivery (at my cost!!) and then when they get them back Wowcher will issue a refund. No idea if this refund includes the cost of the postage. I have now sent a complaint to Wowcher.”

“Don't buy two packs expecting one postage of £7.99. Each pack sent separately at postage of 7.99 which is unfair as two can be posted at once and there was room in the package ! Beware.”
