“The arrived and the box was all bashed. These were part of a gift and I couldn’t for shame hand them over like that. Plus, I was disappointed to realise that I had to pay £5.99 delivery on top of the price that was advertised. I felt this was not made obvious and it is misleading. They are cheaper in quite a few other places when you take the delivery cost into account. And the delivery time was long. All in all, very disappointed with the purchase and the process.”

“Have not received this item and I was supposed to be able to collect by 8th October. I have sent emails to the merchant x2 and have contacted Wowcher on WhatsApp but have had no resolution. I have asked several times for the order to now be cancelled but this has not been actioned so am now considering my next options to resolve this. Awful service”
