Ordered 3 of the pillow sets, none have ever arrived. The tracking status on Evri has not changed from we are expecting your parcel which to me means the seller had not sent the items? Tried contacting the seller twice, no response received. Wowcher have now tried contacting the seller and if no response recieved will have no option other than claiming refund. Not a good customer experience, and going by the current situation we would never order from again.....

I wouldn’t know if the quality of the pillows is good or not because I never received them. Have contacted the seller numerous times without response and it is 4 weeks since ordering. So currently out of pocket for an order I haven’t had.

If your item is eligible for returns, you can easily initiate the return through our return portal, just follow the steps below to return your item hassle-free: Go to "My Wowchers" or "My Voucher" and click on 'Need help?' for the item you wish to return. Look for the 'Want to return your item?' section.
