We do advise allowing the merchant 3 working days to respond (72 working hours) as you are still within this time, we would request that you allow the time frame to pass before contacting us again. “Only one of the two t-shirts have turned up. I have sent an email to the retailer and have had no response. I have also tried to contact the Wowcher site but this has been very difficult. All in all a very poor service and I want a refund”

“I would love to be able to leave a review but I haven't received the item. I have emailed the seller (2 days ago) and heard nothing. Expected date of delivery was 12th June 2025, it's now the 19th of June 2025 and still no top received and no response from the seller. Currently out of pocket but hopeful it will turn up. Then I can post a meaningful review.”
