“Oh dear. Not very busy with 3x servers on but had to wait for so long. Meal took neatly 2hrs inc getting seated (why so long to get seated???) Had to ask for knives and forks and no checks about meal or drinks. Meals on pass for 20mins(single chef working like crazy in kitchen) 4x drinks cost more than the Wowcher. Watched female waiting staff playing with her long hair while serving. Not discourteous but no one really cared enough to be bothered one way or another. One of worst services I have experienced in a quiet and well staffed restaurant. The food was mediocre to poor. Prawn starter was ok but the rest was bland and disappointing and with some serious portion control. The chicken pieces in my dish were tough as hell. Too much padding out with the cheaper ingredients. Having worked in hospitality I would have put a bomb under this lot. We didn’t complain at the time as the staff wouldn’t have given the tiniest of mouse farts. If this hadn’t been on a Wowcher however, I would have absolutely made my feelings known. As it was, we were too worn down with the indifference we just wanted to get out of there by the end! This restaurant chain used to be great, hence buying a Wowcher, I thought it was a great bargain, but even with the big discount it wasn’t worth it.”

“We had an enjoyable afternoon . The waiters were very pleasant and the food was delicious. The portions were good value. You have a choice of a mains and starter/dessert. They had limited choice in desserts, almost all were chocolate based. Some were not available. There should be more choices in desserts which don’t include chocolate. Otherwise good value deal”
