“Value for money using the woucher, however the restaurant we selected in Newcastle was terrible, the place was a mess, slow service. Staff walking around not knowing wgat they were doing. They forgot out drinks, then had to ask for the bill 3 times. The place wasn't even busy. Staff eating at the end of the bar”
