“When phoning to book we were told only had availability at 19:30, we were in the city centre earlier so on the off chance of a table being available earlier, we called in and the place was empty apart from two other couples! The place wasn't overly clean, it was cold, the food was mediocre compared to food eaten at the Cheshire Oaks location in the past. I've given my other voucher to my son to use in the Dudley location and fingers crossed that will be better. Also drinks weren't included and I thought voucher did include one drink per person from a selected choice. Not impressed”

“Used the voucher in Newcastle restaurant. The voucher is excellent value and the food was lovely. The service was poor and very slow. I prefer the Metrocentre restaurant”
