“I purchased this phone less than two months ago, and despite minimal use, no accidental damage, and careful charging practices, it has unexpectedly stopped functioning or turning on at all. This raises serious concerns about the product's durability and quality control. Given its performance, it does not meet the standards expected even for its price point and is not suitable even for basic use. I am highly dissatisfied and request an immediate resolution from the manufacturer as soon as possible!”

“Haven't received my order yet Paid for express delivery... its been almost two weeks.. Evri doesn't answer my queries... They basically just stay silent... Will leave a review of the phone when I actually have the phone”

“Can’t really leave a review seeing as it still hasn’t turned up yet! Evri won’t reaping, contacted vendor who says it was returned and re-sent… £13 for speedy delivery but now saying expect 5-9 business days… contacted Wowcher who said they would look into a delivery refund after phone is received! None the wiser if the phone is on its way or not and now coming up 2 weeks after it was intended to be given as a birthday present.”
