“The phone was not compatible with my 3 sim card even though I was using it in my old Samsung phone, also disappointed that wowcher charge for returns. Not impressed and don't think I will be ordering again.”

“Phone would only receive call and could not make calls. No charger cable or headphones as described in the advertisement. Tried to contact the merchant several times to return but no reply. Got in touch with wowcher who kept asking me to provide photograph to show the phone. Which I did not see the point plus I was able to return in 14 days but they would not help. The tech guy in the phone shop said it looks as that I had been scammed. Please avoide this phone not worth the money or the hassle. I know have a phone not fit for purpose and lost my money.”
