Initially thought everything was good. Started up and screen looked really vibrant. Unfortunately after trying 2 UK sim cards the phone would not connect to any network. Sent back for refund.

At the moment I'm not to sure about the battery let me test it and I will give you an honest appraise. The battery runs down very quickly turned off WiFi to see if it helped sorry

The phone is not good at all. I don't advise anybody to buy it. I regret my money and was looking a way to return it. Display bad, graphic bad, colour bad...

I placed an order for this phone on December 12th, with the expectation that it would arrive before Christmas. However, as of now, I still haven't received it. The customer service has been completely unhelpful, offering no updates or follow-up with the delivery company to provide clarity on when I can expect my item. When tracking my parcel, the last update I received was on December 23rd, stating it was out for delivery—but it never arrived. The next update, on December 24th, indicated they couldn’t deliver at that time and promised delivery on the next working day. Now, it’s January 7th, and I still have no phone. This was a Christmas gift for my nephew, whom I don’t see often, and I am deeply disappointed in the entire experience. I strongly advise avoiding Evri as a courier—they may have rebranded, but the same terrible service remains, with packages going missing or, worse, being stolen by their drivers. I hope this message reaches the right person and that I finally receive my parcel. If this issue isn’t resolved soon, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter further.
