“Would never order a bed through Cloud 9 again the mattress is dreadful nothing like the mattress advertised the Customer Service is terrible have not offered any solution.”

“Poor workman ship to the point I had to finish the upholstery and no screw holes on headboard fr other four screws never again and wont be recommending to anyone else so disappointed the only good thing is the mattress which is amazingly comfy no more bad neck back arms ect”

“Don't buy this bed !!!!!!!!! Nothing like it was described on photo !!!! The drawers are made of chipboard !!! as soon as i unwrapped the bed the drawers fell apart!! The mattress was useless Arrived faulty it was not as described and they won’t refund me !! I have fought with them and got no where !! it totally stressed me out and i'm now left with a bed fit for the dump !! and can't afford to replace it”

“Not quality I had hoped for. Head board when removed from packing stunk of adhesive. Had to leave it in my kitchen with windows open and doors closed for over a week. Apart from that had a good night's sleep with it. So worth what I paid.”

“The bed itself is ok for the money… the mattress however is very poor.. not what I would call a “ memory “ style mattress.. more of a very thin collection of loose springs…. One of which has already poked through the top fabric surface after 10 days of use. I will be contacting the supplier with a complaint.”

“Absolutely disgrace of a company. Sends you the wrong bed with the wrong mattress and then has the audacity. To then not response to emails until a case was summit then claims everything is right because they don't want to take responsibility for the mistake. Will never order of them again and I suggest people do the same. Not even sorry or nothing. Absolutely disgrace!”
