“Unfortunately I had a bad experience from the delivery guy who refused to take the bed nto my ground floor flat ( and I had to ask for help to a stranger and also there weren't any instructions on how to ensemble the bed. There was no contact email or number in order for me to call and request the bed. So I don't advice no one to buy beds into this company.”

“Very deceitful company ,i ordered 3 double beds with mattresses received two poor matterssses and one was fair quality one base draws broken company just gave merry go around email and finally declined to do anything to rectify avoid a quick search on company house will discover that they have been dissolved 7 times? How wowtcher uses such companies is beyond me no one has yet bothered to call me just a bot on WhatsApp legal action only course of action with this cowboy company”

“Disgusting Cloud 9 driver was told by me not ti deliver but he went a head and did but not to my door he put in a unsafe place when got back home it was no longer there had no refund or anything.l have tried to sort this they say the same thing woucher not much help as well .they are liars .l am going to now got court and trading standards as l am over £220 down and my daughter didn't have abed lve had now had to go and buy another from somewhere else below is where they delivered too not a front door second picture is mine disgusting attitude.”

“DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY PAID 20 POUD DWLIVERY BED ARRIVED NO FITTINGS OR FEET BEEN MESSING ME ABOUT FOR 2 WEEKS SAYING THEY POSTED THEM BLAMING ON ROYAL MAIL FIALLY RECIEVED TODAY AND POSTED DATE ON THEM WAS 20TH DRC RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE”

“Very disappointed in the poor quality of the bed and base itself. I guess you get what you pay for but my order was delivered in the wrong wrapping which made me think I'd got the wrong size bed. Several emails to Cloud9yn and I still don't have a resolution. I've bought from Wowcher before but this experience has put me off buying again”
