“Merchant is fraudulent. I never got my order and the merchant has refused to refund my money. Also the Wowcher customer service team is bad”

“The mattress is far too soft to the point that when you sit on it you feel like you are nearly sitting on the base. The base is a great idea with 4 storage boxes to hide away extra pillows and duvets/blankets. The headboard is also lovely but the mattress lets it down. The company who sell this are giving me a hard time when I requested a full refund. I purchased the extended change your mind offer but I knew this was not for me after a few nights trying to sleep. I have purchased the heavy duty polythene and a friend helped me wrap it all up and I’ve printed off the returns label however I now have no bed to sleep on and I suffer from scoliosis and osteoarthritis so I need my sleep as I am a full time carer. I would appreciate any help Wowcher can give me to get my money back so I can then buy a new bed asap.”
