“Beautiful room, excellent customer service. Drinks in bar were perfectly served. Breakfast was first class and although it was busy there was plenty of staff to ensure service was first class.”

“Absolutely lovely stay . From checkin to calling maintenance, the spa, the bar and breakfast staff . Got to say the service we received was so special and welcoming. Our room was brilliant. Gorgeous hotel and facilities. Would book again in a heart beat”

“Lovely vibe on entering the hotel - very chilled and elegant areas especially the bar . The receptionist was very pleasant and sorted us out a reasonable upgrade - the junior suite . The room was huge and very elegant but a little noisy there was a lot of clattering and clunking going on somewhere ?? the floor creaked on walking about and perhaps a little dark for a large room but perhaps wouldn’t look right with very bright lights etc - perhaps a magnifying light mirror in the bathroom would be helpful to see when putting make up on . We enjoyed our stay and the breakfast was excellent- although I would have preferred fried eggs to be put out with scrambled eggs instead of having to order from the staff as l didn’t know they would come so quickly and were cold by the time we got back with the plate etc .”
