“Lovely hotel ,clean nice rooms but woken at 5.20 in the morning with glass bins being emptied and deliveries so would only stay if I was in different part of hotel”

“Loved this beautiful hotel. Our room was exceptional.. everything was of quality. Staff were warm, friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent. Will definitely return.”

“Lovely hotel. The staff are what makes this such a great hotel. Everyone we met were so helpful and friendly. The hotel is lovely, the room was huge and bed very comfy. Within walking distance of main shopping area and tram right outside was easy to use.”
