“From check-in to check-out everything was perfect We were given a complimentary round of drinks from the bar as it was our wedding anniversary Exceptional standard of service from ALL the staff Delicious breakfast too”

“Had to check out before bed time, the air conditioning was broken and despite several attempts to fix it during the day it didn’t work. Far too hot to sleep and was offered a fan and bottle of water. The hotel is now giving a refund apparently.”

“Lovely stay at the Midland. Friendly wnd efficient reception. Our room was clean and very comfortable, large shower and Elemis toiletries. Breakfast was nice and plenty of choice”
