“Lovely vibe on entering the hotel - very chilled and elegant areas especially the bar . The receptionist was very pleasant and sorted us out a reasonable upgrade - the junior suite . The room was huge and very elegant but a little noisy there was a lot of clattering and clunking going on somewhere ?? the floor creaked on walking about and perhaps a little dark for a large room but perhaps wouldn’t look right with very bright lights etc - perhaps a magnifying light mirror in the bathroom would be helpful to see when putting make up on . We enjoyed our stay and the breakfast was excellent- although I would have preferred fried eggs to be put out with scrambled eggs instead of having to order from the staff as l didn’t know they would come so quickly and were cold by the time we got back with the plate etc .”

“Beautiful hotel nice and clean but poor sleep because of noise Not addressed until an hour and a half I’ll I called reception at 4.30 then noise stopped and started again after 5min for another half hour”

“This hotel is by far the best hotel l have stopped in. It has a wonderful ambience combining the traditional and contemporary. An excellent central location only minutes from the team stop and 5 minutes from the main bars, restaurants and shopping area. In summary, a great hotel completing a great city.”
