“Great service from check in til check out. We went for my daughter’s birthday & it would have been nice if they could have put something like a ballon etc. in the room to make it extra special. The breakfast service was 5 star and catered for our needs. The spa was also lovely clean & relaxing with great water temperature. Will definitely be visiting again.”

“We stayed on a Sunday so the £99 cost which included breakfast so the voucher was really good value for money. We upgraded at the hotel for an executive room at a cost of £35. This room was great, only negative was the room was adjacent to the trams which start before 6am and are quite noisy. Therefore would advice you to choose a room on the opposite side.”
