“What an absolute bargain! I went with my 2 children and we had such a lovely day there. Lots of fun, staff are absolutely wonderful and you can make a full day out of it if you wanted to!”

“The offer states Northumberland zoo offer , so I naively booked for half term and thought i knew where we were going ..little did I know that there are two zoo’s . Northumberland zoo and Northumberland college zoo.. they are not one and the same .. when we arrived at Northumberland zoo ( instead of Northumberland College zoo, we were not the only family to be in the wrong place due to the wording with Wowcher . To not disappoint our grandchildren we paid the £46 entrance fee . The zoo told us this happens regularly with Wowcher vouchers . There should Be a warning when purchasing voucher to ensure there is no mix up !!”

“Great little zoo, staff very friendly and knowledgeable and happy to chat to you about the animals. All the animals appeared very well cared for. Only light snacks available so take a pic nic. Also check you put the correct post code in satnav as there are 2 Northumberland zoos.”

“Unfortunately we did not get there , the sat nav took us to Northumberland zoo which I was informed happens all the time , I was very disappointed as it cost me £60 as I couldn't disappoint the children”
