“On arrival the young ladies in the kiosk were very pleasant and directed us. We had drinks and snacks from the shop which were delicious and reasonably priced. All in all a very pleasant experience and will definitely be back again. Thanks”

“The offer was for Northumberland Zoo but when we arrived I was turned away and told the offer was from somewhere different, very very disappointed”

“Had a lovely experience visiting the zoo with my friend, a two yesr old and five year old. Easily spent 2 1/2 hours there. Five year old said it was best day ever !!”

“Miss sold wowcher advert said Northumberland zoo, went to Northumberland zoo to be told it's for the college zoological garden in Ponteland so I wasted my money. I'm sure the college 'zoo' is excellent don't let my review put you off”

“Great little Zoo. We went around it twice. Just make sure you get to the right one. There are two Northumberland Zoos. This one is Kirkley Hall. I made an error of going to the other Northumberland Zoo which is a good distance away. May need addressed more on wowcher as too similar. Also it says time slot when booking makes you think you have to be there for 10.30 but in reality it’s all day you can arrive for and not have to be there for 10.30 time slot”

“Tried contacting zoo via phone numerous times without success to try & change my booking, left a voicemail, no reply & sent an email still no response!! So my booking was wasted.”
