“Original ad stated Northumberland Zoo and not College Zoo so I turned up at the wrong place. According to the staff there it has happened a lot due to the advertisement of it. Unfortunately, after driving all the way there I chose to stay at Northumberland Zoo and did not get to use my pass for the College Zoo. There is also only 30mins drive between the two.”

“Due to poor advertisement we went to Northumberland zoo, Morpeth and had to pay again as the voucher was for Kirkley Hall however it wasn’t clear on booking”

“Please be aware this voucher is not for Northumberland Zoo. Its for Kirkley Hall Zoo. Quite misleading and the Zoo have people purchase and turn up daily. Happened to us so would like to warn others.”

“We went to Northumberland zoo, when we got there we were informed we were at the wrong zoo, we were meant to be at kirkley Hall which had recently changed its name to Northumberland collage zoo. We ended up staying at Northumberland zoo and had a nice day.”
