“I have still not received my mattress topper. The blame is on Evri, who is supposed to have received the item but still not delivered. It was bad enough with Hermes, so changing the name to Evri hasn't improved their performance.”

“What I ordered and what I received are two different items. I ordered a bamboo mattress topper as pictured and received a soft touch topper . Very disappointed, as the soft touch are less expensive and I paid for a bamboo topper! No communication option with company that sent wrong item to address this .”
